Rebar upsetting machine
 

The steel bar upsetting machine uses the principle of cold heading to plastically deform the end of the steel bar, increase the diameter by 4~6mm, and then process the thread. The actual cross-sectional area of the processed thread is larger than the cross-sectional area of the original steel bar, which greatly improves the tensile strength of the joint. The upsetting threaded joints are all broken in the base metal after the tensile test, and are suitable for engineering with higher requirements.
